Fence Lines and Outbuildings on Uxbridge Acreage

Fence posts in open country have it rough. Frost lifts them a little each winter, and wet soil rots them right at ground level. Once a few posts go, wind does the rest and the whole run starts to lean. We replace failed posts and rails along a property line without tearing out the sections that are still solid. New posts go in where the old ones failed, and the rails are set back level so the run looks straight again. When a run is past saving, we handle fence installation from new posts up.

Outbuildings are the other big category out here. Sheds, small barns and detached garages need upkeep too, like doors that drag, rotted sill plates and siding boards that have come loose. Where an old shed isn't worth saving, we can build a new one. A basic shed usually runs $2,000 to $5,000, and it starts on proper footings or a level base so it doesn't twist out of square.

A big lot has room for bigger structures. We also build pergolas and covered patio structures, which range from $3,000 to $8,000 depending on size and materials. Every project gets a written proposal covering materials, labour, timeline and total cost before work starts, and we keep you updated as the build goes.
