Small repairs (drywall patch, door fix, caulking touch-up) typically run $75 to $200.

Mid-range repairs (water-damaged drywall, subfloor repair, window replacement) tend to fall between $200 and $600.

Larger repair projects are quoted individually. All estimates are provided in writing before work begins.
