We assess your home's current condition — inside and out. We note what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and what's in good shape.

Cost & Pricing Guide

A half-day maintenance session (3–4 hours) covering multiple small tasks usually costs $200 to $350.

Full-day sessions for larger properties or longer lists run $400 to $600.

Scheduling regular maintenance is almost always cheaper than waiting for things to break and calling for emergency repairs.
