Maintenance is the work nobody gets excited about — but it's what keeps your home from falling apart slowly. Eaves troughs need cleaning, weatherstripping needs replacing, caulking dries out, hinges loosen, and screens tear.
We offer scheduled and on-demand maintenance services for homeowners across Durham Region, Kawartha Lakes and Northumberland. Think of it as a tune-up for your house.
Pedro's 15 years as a Home Inspector means he knows exactly what to check, when to check it, and what happens if you don't.
Our Process
Walkthrough
We assess your home's current condition — inside and out. We note what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and what's in good shape.
Priority list
We present our findings as a prioritized list: urgent, soon, and can-wait. You decide what to tackle now.
Get it done
We work through the list efficiently, usually in a single visit or two.
Schedule the next round
For ongoing maintenance, we recommend seasonal check-ins — spring and fall at minimum.
Cost & Pricing Guide
A half-day maintenance session (3–4 hours) covering multiple small tasks usually costs $200 to $350.
Full-day sessions for larger properties or longer lists run $400 to $600.
Scheduling regular maintenance is almost always cheaper than waiting for things to break and calling for emergency repairs.

Long-term client"Pedro made himself available to respond to our call. He is very knowledgeable and most important friendly. He opened our pool and trained us on the day to day maintenance. He was called for the pool but on his way, he fixed several things that we were not even aware. GREAT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
