Backyard Builds for Oshawa's Older Subdivisions

A leaning fence line or a shed floor gone soft usually means the posts or base were never set to last. When we replace one, fence posts go deep enough to sit below the frost, and a shed goes on a level, well-drained base so it stays square through the winters. Doors that bind and roofs that sag on old sheds are often symptoms of a base that moved. For shed building, a basic shed usually runs $2,000 to $5,000.
